Points are earned even if you finish in last place. Extra points are earned when you finish in the money, based on your position. So, to come up with your rank we use the numbers on the table below and calculate it using this formula: (Points for money finishing position + 2 points for participating) x (Entrants weighting factor) x (Buy-in weighting factor) x (Time weighting factor) = Ranking points per tournament.
